Service Description

Health and Wellness Coaching is a service that empowers individuals to tap into their own Inner Source of motivation to restore, promote, and preserve one's health and wellbeing. We will focus primarily on setting obtainable goals, eliminating challenges, and supporting efforts each step of the way. Sessions are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and supported through a teleconference service. Timing: approximately 45 - 50 minutes per session
